The process behind it: documented, every time

An honest note: process photos from these specific remodels were not archived. So instead of faking it, here is the actual rough in documentation from our Solana Beach build, the same standard every CDC project gets. We would rather show you real documentation from one of our jobs than staged photos from someone else's.

Behind every finished kitchen and bath is work you will never see again: plumbing runs, electrical, waterproofing membranes, the framing the tile hangs on. Our standard is to photograph that work while it is visible. Going forward, every remodel gets the full before, during, and after treatment you see on pages 1 and 2 of this series.

Why we publish this

A remodel is only as good as what is behind the tile. We publish our finished work alongside our real process documentation so you can judge both. This page is the third in our project provenance series.
