Step 5: Address the Big 5 Systems Early (Structure, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Management)

Luxury finishes don’t matter if the home doesn’t perform. Early planning focuses on the systems behind the walls:

1) Structural: What walls can move? What needs reinforcement?
