• Structural strategy (spans, openings, load paths)

• Mechanical planning (HVAC zoning, ventilation, equipment placement)

• Electrical plan and lighting design

• Plumbing routes and wet-wall efficiency

• Window and door strategy for light, privacy, and airflow

Pro tip: A design that’s beautiful but impossible (or insanely expensive) to build is not a good design. Buildability matters.
